Club ride this week is a firm favourite to the Side House Cafe at Claypole.

Groups will be decided on the morning depending on numbers and the average speed for the group ride, will be 16-17mph, There may be additional groups averaging 14-15 mph and 18+mph if there is a demand and numbers allow.

Essential information :

*Please ride together in your group and communicate both front to back and back to front.

*If you leave the group, make sure the ride leader of the group is informed.

*Be courteous to other road users and fellow riders.

*Do not use language that would offend others.

* Be aware of other people's personal space.
